DeepGrooves.Store — Music brings us together

A small pilot. Real store work.

Help shape the software
behind your counter.

We’re preparing a controlled beta with independent music retailers. The aim is simple: validate the work of a real shop before opening Store more widely.

Applications are open for a small controlled beta.

Submitting the application below starts a review. It does not create an account, reserve a place, or automatically approve a store.

Existing authorized testers can continue using their accounts.

What the pilot will look like

Your store’s reality
belongs in the conversation.

  1. Tell us how you work

Share your store, locations, current tools, approximate inventory and printer or scanner needs below.

  2. Agree on the fit

Access will require review and approval. We’ll establish which workflows and equipment the pilot can support before setting up your store.

  3. Put the workflows to work

Approved stores will help validate receiving, selling, customer balances, returns and reconciliation, and tell us where the work gets in the way.

Request beta access

Tell us about the work behind your counter.

Applications are reviewed individually. Beta access is free, approval-only, and will not automatically become a paid subscription.

Before you join

A few clear answers.

What will beta access cost?

Beta access will be free. There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription, and no payment-card details are required. Any future paid arrangement would be agreed separately.

Do I have to replace my payment system?

No. Store records external payments and the retail activity around them. Your existing setup continues to take the payment. This is not a direct payment-terminal integration.

Is every printer and scanner supported?

No. Physical labels, receipt layouts and hardware are part of pilot validation. Equipment requirements need to be agreed before relying on Store at the counter.

Can anyone create a store right now?

No. Public provisioning is closed in this application. The replacement pathway will require an application, approval and controlled activation.
